In 2010, I Need Solar will deploy approximately 10mW of commercial PV solar installations in and around the Mid-Atlantic area. The team at I Need Solar works closely with incentive funds to help finance projects. Upon project completion, I Need Solar contracts with the customer to purchase up to 10-year strings of SRECs to make projects viable and profit-generating quickly. 1. Site Survey
2. Meeting with customer to review quote, shade analysis, ROI, and Q&A
3. Customer signs letter of intent to move forward – cost is $2,000.00 to start the application process for the State Sunshine Rebate.
4. Customer pays 75% down to place the order of necessary materials
5. Structural engineer approval
6. Acquire building permit from township
7. Acquire occupancy permit from township
8. Submit initial application to utility company for interconnection to the grid
9. Confirmation of receipt of all materials
10. Schedule made with customer to start the installation
11. Installation of system
12. Electrical inspection
13. Power up the system – FREE POWER!
14. Submit final application to utility company for interconnection to the grid
15. Submit all applications, certificates, etc. to the state to get the Sunshine Rebate money
16. Submit information to GATS to get the system registered as an official state renewable energy generator. This allows you to sell clean power to utility companies.
17. Annually sell your SRECs.
